Product Box Size: 1.87” x 1.37” x 2.09”

Usage: Three (3) months of skincare product per box (for morning + evening use)

Shelf Life: Best when used up to twelve (12) months after opening. Will keep indefinitely, if unopened.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry area. The ideal temperature is between 59 – 77 °F. Avoid excessive moisture, heat, and humidity.

Disposal: Recycle product box after use in the bin marked for paper waste.

Each SĒID™ film product purchase comes with a sample packet of six (6) FREE film strips.

This allows customers to try our products risk-free, for three (3) days.

Our lead time to prepare an order for shipment is typically 1 – 2 business days, however it may take longer during peak or holiday season.

Wholesale customers are responsible for shipping costs. U.S. orders will be shipped via USPS, FedEx, or UPS with a tracking number. For large orders over $500, a low flat rate is offered.

Expect 3 – 5 business days for delivery.

Expedited shipping is available.

An invoice will be sent to you at the time of ordering (if placed online/Faire Direct) or prior to shipping (if order placed via email).

We accept payment via credit card (VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express), PayPal, or wire transfer (no checks). We accept NET 30 on wholesale orders. Late payments after 30 days will incur a 5% late fee based on the total order.

We hope you and your customers fall in love in with our products, but if you’re not fully satisfied you may return them within thirty (30) days of receipt.

Due to the nature of SĒID™ film products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been opened or used. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the retailer.

Refunds for returned items are issued once the products are received and processed at our warehouse. Please allow 7 – 10 business days for the charges to be reversed after processing.

Processing times may be longer depending on your banking institution.

We only allow exchanges on products that are unopened and for items of equal value.
