I’ve enjoyed testing out the facial balm strips. It took a little more work to get the product to rub in (compared to the facial balm) and immediately after application my face felt just a little “sticky”. But after the product dried for a few minutes my face felt hydrated, moisturized, and smooth. Excited to bring these strips for on-the-go needs!

I really liked this product but I would have loved for it to be a little better when it comes to moisturizing. However, after letting it sit on my face for a few minutes and putting on a non-scented lotion overlay, it left my face hydrated and I didn’t have to reapply anymore lotion like I usually have to throughout the day.

I love the compact size of this product and how it only requires a little water to activate. With my dry, sensitive skin, it didn’t cause any irritation. After applying it to my face and neck, my skin felt soft, though it wasn’t as moisturized as I usually like. It wasn’t overly dry or tight, just not as hydrating as I am used to.

Originally, we set out to create a facial balm that would be sufficient for all skin types but we’ve quickly realized that dry and mature skin types will need a little more TLC per strip to get the moisturizing benefits of the product. We’ll be working hard to garner 5 stars reviews for our next moisturizer made specifically for dry skin. Be on the look out for new products coming soon.

Honestly…it was hard to imagine replacing my giant pumps of moisturizer for a single balm strip but you can tell SO much meticulous time and effort went into developing this product. I have seriously temperamental combination skin that demands a lot all at once, but I honestly love the feeling of my skin after using this. not to mention the fact that I could literally carry these in my purse or even my pocket if I had to, because of how efficiently and minimally it’s packaged compared to literally every other skincare product I’ve ever owned. I’m super stubborn and hate a change in routine, but this one was worth it- sincerely impressed!
